About the team
Built to race seriously
Founded in January 2025 by James Warren and Sergio Ferreira.
Our story
Why Lumen exists
James and Sergio wanted to race in a team that took iRacing more seriously, so they built one.
Feedback, clear communication and a positive environment come first. The aim is to help every driver improve, enjoy sim racing more, and race at a higher level.
The goal is to be a respected, fast team on the grid at every major event, with drivers who keep getting faster and more consistent.
How we work
Three rules
Clean racing
Respect for other drivers comes first. Results follow.
Structure
Planned practice and clear roles for every event we enter.
Feedback
Honest debriefs and openness to feedback, so every driver keeps improving.
